In a galaxy far away, the starship Overprised finds itself on a diplomatic mission once again. The strange planet of Goaway has valuable minerals which the Confederation desperately needs, and the Goawayinas have agreed to help. Captain John Luke Goldcard, captain of the Overprised, leads a party of his crew to join some of these alien Goawayians in a celebration of their mutual goodwill. Everybody is sure to enjoy themselves, until one of the guests is murdered! Is the criminal one of the peace-loving aliens or a crew member? If the case isn't solved soon, everybody will die! This scenario is a sci-fi mystery with enough zaniness and suspense to astound even the most clever sleuth. Lots of surprise characters, especially in the larger group parties!

The celebration takes place on the planet of Goaway in the underground civilization which has been constructed there. Guests will recognize parodies on well-known characters from science fiction television shows and movies, and other characters are bizarre aliens which give guests free reign on costuming. Entertainment is provided by an unlikely singing quartet of Overprised crew members, a mythological story told by one of the aliens and plenty of interaction between wacky alien cultures. Definitely the prime scenario for a sci-fi fan, but enjoyable for those who have never even seen a science fiction movie.

Lt. Commander Dodo		As an android, this yellow skinned crew member continues to NOT get it. Asks lots of silly questions. Ignore him.
Pans Tutyte		Irritable alien who could use some cheering up. Dresses funny.
Counselor Diane A. Nois		Empathic alpha-betazoid who talks too much.
Maxalotta Nois		Diane's mother who talks too much.
Lt. Woof		Cling-on crew member who likes to eat bones and control panels. Bring flea-repellant.
Wussy Kosher		Young ensign whose mother, Dr. Beverly Kosher, won't let him eat anything but Matzo bread.
